What we collect

When you request a viewing we collect your name, your phone number, the date you prefer, and any message you choose to write. An email address is optional. We record which property you enquired about.

Why we collect it

To arrange the viewing and to follow up with you about that property. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them to market unrelated properties or services to you.

Who can see it

Only the Hejuru team. Your details are never shown on a public listing page and never published anywhere on this site.

How long we keep it

Twelve months for an enquiry that does not proceed. Twenty-four months otherwise, counted from our last contact with you. If your enquiry becomes a completed transaction, we keep the record for as long as the law requires us to keep transaction records.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, and you can ask us to delete it. Contact us with the phone number you used to enquire and we will action the request. Where a completed transaction exists, we remove your personal details and keep only the anonymous transaction record.
